Through his leadership, the church has become known for its active participation in and support of the local community.
Andy also serves currently on the board of trustees for Christian City (a nonprofit Christian organization which includes assisted living and skilled nursing facilities for the elderly as well as foster home care for young children who are unable to live with their families) – serving as the Vice Chairman of Christian City’s board in 2008 and 2009 and Chairman of its board from 2010 through 2014.

He has conducted research at one of our nation’s National Laboratories, worked at fortune 500 companies and been President and CEO of an analytical consulting company. The Bible verse which drew him into preaching and provides the vision and motivation for his work in ministry is Paul’s admonition to the young preacher, Timothy: You then, my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus, and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. [II Timothy 2: 1 – 2 ESV]
Andy is also the 3rd string drummer in the church’s praise band!
